Host Hobe Bihon-Taguig City leaned on the red-hot shooting of new recruit Christian Coronel to beat ANI-FCA, 85-74, and arrange a title showdown with Treston Laguna in the 9th and final leg of the Tournament of the Philippines (TOP) yesterday at the Cong. The former San Sebastian star erupted for 28 points on a 7-of-12 shooting to help Taguig notch its second win in three outings and arrange a one game face-off with Treston-Laguna today.

Marlon Legaspi, known for his inside plays during his celebrated collegiate days, knocked in the game-winning shot by hitting a three-point shot in the dying seconds that gave the Stallions their third straight win.
Earlier, Mandaue's John Villaver scored inside with 21 ticks to go to tie the game before Legaspi, a former PBL Most Valuable Player, delivered in the clutch.
"Marlon's been hitting those outside shots during the fourth quarter and being a veteran, I'm happy na nag-deliver siya down the stretch," said coach Nomar Isla, who quickly rushed to The Arena in San Juan to coach Emilio Aguinaldo College in the NCAA following the game.
Legaspi went 3-of-4 from downtown to finish with 11 points and four rebounds in just 16 minutes off the bench. Ricafuente and Leo Losentes topscored for Laguna with 16 points apiece while Bolocon added 15 markers.
